Our Founder
Matthew Riley is the founder of REACT Non-Profit, driven by his mission to cultivate skilled, high-character student-athletes in Mississippi. At just 19, he made history as the youngest assistant coach in NJCAA history at East Central Community College. He then served as an assistant coach at Southwest Community College for two years before joining Clinton Christian Academy, where he helped lead the team to a 4A State Championship under head coach Josh Zietz.
Riley's coaching journey continued as he guided the semi-professional ABA team, the MS Silverbacks, to the National Championship game, earning recognition as the youngest head coach to achieve this feat. In February 2025, he will take on a new role as the Head Coach of the Wenatchee Bighorns in the TBL.
Beyond his impressive coaching resume, Matthew and the REACT team have established one of the most impactful organizations in the region. They host seminars, camps, and workshops aimed at empowering student-athletes in Mississippi. "We recognize the immense value of sports, but at REACT, our focus is on developing high-character individuals—sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, and responsible citizens," Riley stated.
